Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend ship the following Monday.

Shipping
Free shipping on all orders within the United States. Packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Local delivery
If you're within 20 miles of Sterling Heights, Michigan, you can choose Free Local Delivery at checkout. Orders are hand-delivered within 2 days and we'll text you to coordinate a time.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or delayed packages
Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our control. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email founder@fitra.fit and we'll help sort it out.
